The Council will discuss levying higher millage rates without further voter approval or adopting adjusted millage rates after reassessment and rolling forward millages not to exceed the prior year's maximum. To attend or make a public comment on an agenda item, go to the 4th floor meeting room of the River Center library branch, 250 N. Blvd., the day of the meeting. Face covering required; only 100 people allowed.
