    PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE: Come out and help us gather input from our "Whole Community" as we develop a framework for future recovery plans for East Baton Rouge Parish. Families, children, neighbors, and community representatives are welcome. Activities, information and giveaways will be available for participants. #BResilient During the 2018 State of The City Address, Mayor Broome announced her intention to develop and adopt an All-Hazards Community Recovery Plan for EBRP. Mayor Broome, in coordination with MOHSEP, will host public outreach meetings to gather feedback from residents on what recovery means and how they define resiliency. Her vision for recovery planning is to follow guidelines set forth by the FEMA’s National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF). Planning efforts are ongoing and are intended to incorporate all four East Baton Rouge Parish Municipalities as well as the unincorporated areas of the Parish.
