    Comments submitted via the online form prior to 3:00pm of the meeting date, will be compiled by position (for/against) and the total number will be announced before the item’s public hearing.

    Members of the public who wish to observe the meeting or comment on public hearing items on the Planning Commission agenda may do so by reporting to City Hall, 222 St. Louis Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802, 3rd-floor, Room 348. The meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. capacity of the meeting room is limited and overflow will be directed to the 8th floor.
