How can I report a neighborhood issue?: Neighborhood issues such as service requests, animal concerns, or general complaints can be reported the the Office of Neighborhoods. The Office of Neighborhoods functions as the voice of neighborhoods within City-Parish government. We communicate with individuals, neighborhoods and civic associations, lead dialogues about the problems they face, and work together with the rest of City-Parish government to find solutions.
