Former Councilman Donates PPE

Baton Rouge, La. — December 21, 2021 — City-Parish would like to recognize former Metro Councilman Joel Boé for donating 32,000 boxes of Nitrile Gloves to City-Parish. Boé and co-owner Richard Doughty of BD Supply Chain Management, as well as Kevin Griffon of Griffmaier, LLC, donated the PPE this month valued at more than $275,000.  This donation will directly benefit City-Parish agencies including Fire, EMS, Police, and DPW as well as local schools and surrounding Volunteer Fire Departments.
