As of 6 p.m. Sunday, March 22, all City-Parish Library facilities are closed to the public until Monday, April 6.
The Digital Library is open 24/7, and its robust collection of resources are all freely available to any patron with a current East Baton Rouge Parish Library card. Just visit https://www.ebrpl.com/digital.html to get started!
Don’t have a Library card? No problem! Temporary virtual cards allow access to most digital products; see the “Library Services” tab at www.ebrpl.com for more information. The Library website also contains many Infoguides that describe how to access downloadable media on a variety of mobile devices.
For your convenience, we have extended the expiration dates on ALL current library cards, so that access to the Digital Library will not be interrupted.
Due dates for ALL library materials have been extended until April 14. Library items should not be returned to any location until library buildings re-open.
Telephone reference and assistance is available 9 am – 5 pm Saturday and 2 pm-6 pm on Sunday or via eref@ebrpl.com.
Drive Through / Pick up service will not be available beyond Saturday at any location.
All library programs, meetings, and events have been cancelled.
Tools and resources on the coronavirus (COVID-19) can be found on the Infoguide at http://ebrpl.libguides.com/coronavirus.
