As of 6 p.m. Sunday, March 22, all City-Parish Library facilities are closed to the public until further notice. At this time, drive through/pick-up services are not available at any location.
Expiration dates have been extended on all current Library cards, so access to the Digital Library will not be interrupted. Due dates for all library materials have been extended until Tuesday, April 14. Library items should not be returned to any location until library buildings reopen.
All library programs, meetings, and events have been cancelled.
The Digital Library is open 24/7, and its collection of resources are all freely available to any patron with a current East Baton Rouge Parish Library card. Visit https://www.ebrpl.com/digital.html. Temporary virtual cards allow access to most digital products; see the “Library Services” tab at www.ebrpl.com for more information. To obtain a Computer Use-Only Card, which allows access to most digital resources including OverDrive and RBdigital, contact the Circulation Department at (225) 231-3740 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. through Friday, March 27, or send a request to eref@ebrpl.com.
