Residents of EBR Council District 12 are eligible to apply to serve the remainder of Councilwoman Barbara Freiberg's term. Ms. Freiberg was elected to the Louisiana Legislature. The Metro Council is expected to fill the District 12 seat on Jan. 22, 2020.
