April 18, 2018 – During the week of April 23-28, 2018, Baton Rouge City Court is offering the citizens of Baton Rouge an opportunity to have their bench warrants recalled and to settle any associated traffic or criminal matter. If a citizen has all outstanding bench warrants recalled, the threat of arrest on those warrants will be removed. Citizens must check in between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. This initiative will culminate with a Saturday Court session on April 28, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Citizens may recall outstanding bench warrants without fear of arrest during the entire week.
