The Baton Rouge Police Department is hosting National Night Out Against Crime on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, from 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm at Baton Rouge Police Headquarters, 9000 Airline Hwy.
National Night Out Against Crime has proven to be an effective and enjoyable event to promote neighborhood spirit and positive community service partnerships in our fight for safer communities. All ages have enjoyed this community event for several years.
Bring the kids and learn about crime prevention. Enjoy fun, gifts, and free food. Learn fire safety with the fire department's inter-active firehouse. See police K-9 demonstrations. Dance to music, see specialty equipment used by law enforcement, and get a close look at the huge police horses.
Let the criminals know that neighborhoods are getting organized and fighting back.
The Chris LeBlanc Band and Kenny Neal and Family will join us and play live music for attendees.
