The children's museum offers educational camps during the summer and school-year breaks. Free field trips for Head Start classes in East Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. Admission is $3 per person for Louisiana residents with an EBT card and ID (up to 5 children); regular admission is $14 per person over age 1.

Woman's offers classes to help prepare kids for a new baby in the family with age-appropriate discussion, practice on baby dolls, and hospital tours. The class fee is per child; parents should attend with their child. Tyke Hyke is designed to help prepare 3-year-olds for the new baby and mom's hospital stay. A Baby Is Coming is designed to help big brothers and sisters ages 4-8 learn about the arrival of their new sibling; it concludes with a movie about boys and girls having new babies in their families.
