About the Division

The Administration Division oversees the overall duties of the Planning Commission, including preparing and managing the departmental budget, payroll, personnel and the day-to-day management of the department.

The work includes:

  • Coordinating efforts with Planning Commissioners
  • Coordinating work programs
  • Representing the Planning Commission before the public and community groups
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Text amendments to the Unified Development Code
  • Website updates
