Consolidated Plan & Strategy
The Consolidated Plan and Strategy (CP) is a document that seeks to establish a unified approach toward addressing such matters as housing, community development, and homelessness in conjunction with federally assisted programs through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Consolidated Plan and its related Annual Action Plans are a Federal Statutory Requirement for HUD-Assisted Programs. The CP is available to the public at the Office of Community Development and through branches of the East Baton Parish Library. A complete copy of the CP and the first-year Action Plan as well as previous years' Action Plans and Consolidated Plan are now available through this site.
