Rental Assistance (FEMA / CSBG)

FEMA Emergency Rent / Mortgage Assistance Program

Assists individuals and families facing eviction or foreclosure due to an unforeseen crisis. Assistance limited to a one-time payment in a 12-month period contingent upon the availability of funds.  To qualify for the program clients must have proof of income, picture identification, social security cards for all household members and proof of residency.

Community Service Block Grant Emergency Assistance (CSBG)

Provides a range of services to promote economic security and stability. CSBG may assist with utilities, rent/mortgage, and medication payments. To qualify for the program, clients must bring proof of income, picture identification, social security cards for all household members and proof of residency. Assistance is contingent upon the availability of funds.
