Medication Assistance (CSBG)

Community Service Block Grant Emergency Assistance (CSBG)

Provides a range of services to promote economic security and stability. CSBG may assist with utilities, rent/mortgage, and medication payments.   To qualify for the program, clients must bring proof of income, picture identification, social security cards for all household members and proof of residency.  Assistance is contingent upon the availability of funds.  

Call the Office of Social Services for additional requirements/documentation for utilities payment, rent/mortgage payment, and medication assistance payment.
