Eligibility Requirements

The following requirements must be met for eligibility for the Ryan White Part A services in the Baton Rouge TGA:

1. Documentation of HIV infection.

2. Proof of residency in one of the nine (9) parishes of the Baton Rouge Transitional Grant Area. These parishes include: Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana.

3. Must have an income of no more than 300% of the most current Federal Poverty Level.

Exception: Individuals accessing medications must have an income of no more than 400% of the most current Federal Poverty Level.
