General Information
The main directory is located on the first floor in front of the elevators. A mini directory is located next to the elevator doors on all the other floors. Auxiliary aids and/or services are available upon request.
Court Appearance Information
Please read carefully, if your court date is not today or you are here for some other reason, report to the counter, Room 145 for directions.
If your court date is today and you are not sure of where you are supposed to go, Please read the following instructions.
Civil Duty
Rules, motions, small claims trial, etc., please report to Courtroom 309, 3rd Floor.
Civil Trials
If your case is assigned for trial today, report to Courtroom 305, 3rd floor.
Criminal & DWI Trials
If your case is assigned for trial today, report to Courtroom 321, 3rd floor. Some Criminal Trials may be in Courtroom 338. See Baliff for assistance.
Traffic Trials
If your case is assigned for trial today, report to Courtroom 128 on the 1st floor.
Arraignments
Serious Traffic Violations
(Report directly to the bailiff in Courtroom 128.)
- Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and associated charges
- Hit and run driving; failure to report an accident; false reports
- Driving under suspension or revocation
- Reckless driving or drag racing
- Fleeing to elude police officer
All Other Traffic Violations
If you intend to plead not guilty, inform the court clerk at the counter, Room 145. The clerk will pull your ticket and send it to the City Prosecutor who will speak with you in the lobby outside of Courtroom 128 before court begins.
If you intend to plead guilty, inform the court clerk at the counter, Room 145. You can pay your fine at that time or make arrangements to pay it at a later date.
All criminal violations are scheduled for arraignment in Courtroom 128.
