• Avid: A manufacturer of microchips for pets; excellent information on microchipping pets
• Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (CAAWS): A large listing of pets needing to find a home
• Cat Haven: A no-kill organization that assists Animal Control and the general public in rehoming cats and kittens through its adoption and shelter services.
